Telephone Consulations with Marcia Liberatore, M.D.

Important: Phone consult service is not for emergencies or urgent matters.  If you
have an emergency, you need to call 911. Phone consults are for non-emergency and non-urgent matters.

We realize that some patients may travel further than others, and that gas prices are going up.  With this in mind, if an exam is not needed, and you have issues that you would like to discuss, such as questions regarding lab results, you may opt to prepay for a phone consult.  This is not a service we will be billing insurance for, and payment is required before the service is provided.  We will call to schedule the time for the call.  It is recommended that you have "Blocked private numbers" unblocked for the time of the call.  If we are unable to reach you after several dialing attempts, the call will have to be rescheduled.  If a second attempt to contact you is unsuccessful, you will forfeit the fee.

Consider that you aren't going to pay a co-pay or transportation costs for this service.  I will be entering an encounter note in your chart regarding what was discussed. - Marcia Liberatore, M.D.

Local Call : under 15 min. - $37.50

Out of area - Long distance calls under 15 min.: $39.50

Local calls : 15-20min. $49.50

Long distance: 15-20min. - $52.00

Missed appointment fee: $25 for 30 minute appointment

Missed appointment fee: $35 for 45min. to 1 hour appointment
